Inquiries, estimates and availability

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date. Availability, pricing, scope and deliverables are not confirmed until stated in a written agreement accepted by the applicable parties and any required retainer or payment has been received.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, estimates and proposals may be revised or withdrawn before acceptance. Website prices, examples, timelines and service descriptions are illustrative and may change.

Separate project agreements

Photography and video assignments may be governed by a proposal, service agreement, statement of work, license, release or other written contract. If a project agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the project agreement controls for that project.

Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may access and view the Website for personal or internal business evaluation, including assessing whether AC Media Partners may be appropriate for a project.

Without prior written permission from AC Media Partners or the applicable rights holder, you may not:

A client’s right to use delivered photographs, videos or other materials is determined by that client’s written license or project agreement—not by these Website Terms.

Information and Materials You Submit

You represent that you have the right to submit any text, logo, photograph, video, music, brand asset or other material you provide to us and that our authorized use of it for your inquiry or project will not violate another person’s rights.

You grant AC Media Partners a limited permission to access, copy, process and use submitted materials as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal or perform requested services. This does not give us ownership of your materials.

Do not transmit malicious code, unlawful content or material that infringes copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, trademarks or other rights.
