Travel requirements are calculated according to the project location, schedule, production needs, and number of team members required. Your proposal will clearly outline any applicable accommodations and travel expenses so you will understand the complete investment before booking.
Yes. Same-day and expedited delivery may be available for select services, including conference headshots, press-ready event images, social media highlights, and short recap content. Availability and additional fees depend on the project scope, so please request this service during the planning process.
Our standard packages include professionally edited, high-resolution photographs or finished video deliverables. RAW photo and unedited video files are not included unless specified in your agreement. When needed, source files may be licensed and transferred for an additional fee covering file preparation, storage, and delivery.
Standard photography galleries are generally delivered within five business days. Most completed video projects are delivered within approximately two weeks, although the timeline may vary according to the length and complexity of the production. If your organization has a firm deadline, let us know before booking so we can discuss an appropriate delivery schedule.
We recommend reaching out as soon as your event date and location are confirmed. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and are not officially secured until the signed agreement and required retainer have been received.
